She has fought this moving forward at every stage, but she openly admits she has lost this fight.

Now that the nomination process will move to the floor for a vote, Murkowski is no longer fighting ACB.

She informed her fellow Senate members of why she protested as well as how she will vote during the confirmation vote…

This gives Republicans a much-needed cushion and should assure that Amy Coney Barrett is the next Supreme Court Justice of the United States.
