There’s never been any love lost between Border Czar Tom Homan and rabidly Democrat lawmaker Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. They’ve sparred numerous times during congressional hearings. He was mad enough about her latest outrage to report her to the DOJ. He’s being reasonable about it, not demanding they throw her in jail or anything. Only issue an opinion as to whether she’s crossing a line or not. Homan wants to know what the limits are.

Border Czar Tom Homan doesn’t have any legitimate excuse to deport New York Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, as much as he’d like to.
Since that’s out of the question he’d like to find a legal way to stop her treachery. She’s been going out of her way to “help illegal immigrants evade authorities.” He’s mad enough about it to report her to the DOJ.
“What I find disturbing,” Border Czar Homan told the press on Monday, February 17, “is that any member of Congress wants to educate people on how they evade law enforcement.”
Lawmakers who break the laws they make are a far too common paradox. AOC has been hosting an internet webinar called “Know Your Rights in case of ICE.”
Homan doesn’t want to shove any “steenking” warrant under the door but the Border Czar realizes that she probably has the right to educate law breaking border jumpers to demand seeing one.
Even so, he’d like some clarification from the Justice Department as a second opinion. That way he can watch real close for her to tiptoe out of bounds.

Don’t open the door
When ICE shows up to deport you, AOC’s staff advise in the video, the raids are only “political tactics” that are “intended to create fear,” so don’t panic. Simply ignore the knocks of federal agents at the door.
Somebody’s going to get killed that way, Homan believes. To the border Czar, AOC’s advice “could amount to obstruction of justice.”
She can hide behind the appearance of propriety but everyone can see what she’s really up to.

“You can claim you’re educating those constitutional rights, okay, you can keep that claim, okay. But what she is in fact doing is telling people ‘Don’t open the door, hide in your home, don’t talk to ICE.‘” Border Czar Homan doesn’t get paid enough to figure out on his own if that might be going just a little too far.
“We are talking about people who are in the country illegally, committed a crime. They are public safety threats, and they’ve been ordered removed by a federal judge,” he added. “It’s like AOC and others don’t want ICE to enforce the law that they enacted.”
The Border Czar simply “asked DOJ, where is that line of impediment, where is that line of interference? I’ve simply asked the Department of Justice, give us that line.“
