Joe Biden just had another senior moment.
Biden had just finished a speech in North Carolina when he turned and extended his hand.
It looked as though he was expecting someone to be there, but all he found was air.

It is not so much the fake out on the handshake as it is the blank stare on his face and awkward pause.
It is as though he is having a conversation with someone that only he can see.
I do not care what anyone says or how the White House Spins this… something is wrong mentally with the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
As I have stated before, this stopped being funny a long time ago.
This man is supposed to represent the most powerful country in the world.
Instead, he looks like some demented old man whose presence is merely tolerated by those around him.
I cannot imagine what our enemies are thinking right now.
