New video footage has emerged that could be a problem for Donald Trump.
Video has surfaced showing Trump allies entering a Georgia elections office the same day a breach occurred.
This video would also undermine the testimony of Cathy Latham.
What Were They Doing?
Latham, the chairwoman of the Coffee County Republican Party, is among those under investigation for the alternative elector scheme that was being run on the day the election was to be certified in the Senate.
The plan was to present Vice President Mike Pence with different electors than the official electors already transferred to the Senate for the 2020 presidential election certification.
Latham testified that she had only popped by the front desk and foyer, but the video footage shows something else completely.
In the video, she can be seen in the same area where forensics experts were doing their work.
Latham reportedly spent more than four hours in that area, even taking a selfie with a member of the forensics team.
Latham’s attorney stated, “Failing to accurately remember the details of events from almost two years ago is not lying.”
The forensics experts were on scene to audit the election machines as part of the effort to have the 2020 election further investigated for fraud.
This new video surfaced as part of a lawsuit against the forensic firm, SullivanStrickler, due to a data breach that may have exposed “personally identifiable information” of seven million Georgia voters.
The election systems in Georgia was breached at the same time this audit was taking place.
How this will impact Trump remains to be seen, but Democrats will surely figure something out to hit Trump on it.
