Melania Trump has a message for all Americans. It doesn’t matter what your voter registration card says you are. If the FBI can go sniffing through her underwear drawer, they can sniff through yours too. All they need is a trumped up excuse because they break their own rules with regularity and get away with it cold.
Melania has a warning
Not only does former and future First Lady Melania Trump have a memoir coming out, she also issued a “warning” to the American public to go with it. Her book goes into detail but she warmed things up with a post on X. It’s a video all about her personal experience as a target of the Federal Bureau of Instigation.
In August of 2022, while the feds were allegedly tossing Mar-a-Lago for classified documents, they went rummaging through her underwear drawer. Agents were simply doing their job and being thorough, Christopher Wray counters. That’s why he knows his career is over the moment Trump gets sworn back in.
Melania posted a video with her voice narrating which begins with the U.S. Constitution then morphs into a montage of the Trumps’ Florida estate, Mar-a-Lago. She reads text from the Fourth Amendment, which “protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government.”
She took the illegal raid personally. “I never imagined my privacy would be invaded by the government here in America,” she begins. It was clearly politically motivated persecution calculated to have an effect on the 2024 election.
“The FBI raided my home in Florida and searched through my personal belongings.” They didn’t need to inspect each pair of panties one-by-one after it was clear there were no documents in the drawer. “This is not just my story, it serves as a warning to all Americans, a reminder that our freedom and rights must be respected,” Melania points out.
So far, the courts have been siding with Trump and his lawyers. Meanwhile, Joe Biden was declared basically guilty of the same crime but the prosecutor can’t press the charges because Joe’s not competent to stand trial for it.
Case dismissed
No matter what the Democrats have to say about what came out of interrogations grilling the former president’s former aides, or the 15 boxes of presidential records they hauled away from his estate, they can’t do it.
Merrick Garland badly wants to burn Trump at the stake but his appointed witchsmeller was yanked off the job by the court. Melania was never charged with a single thing and the case has been dismissed.
Judge Aileen Cannon “tossed out all the charges in July, ruling that DOJ special counsel Jack Smith was wrongfully funded and appointed to oversee the case, making his position both a violation of the Constitution’s Appointments Clause and Appropriations Clause.”
He’s not willing to take that as final answer but the other courts aren’t likely to change anything. Certainly not in time to stop November’s election.
This latest statement by Melania about the raid at Mar-a Lago “echo concerns previously shared by the former president about the FBI’s actions.” Last month, Trump “filed a $100 million lawsuit against the DOJ over the raid, claiming political persecution.”
He formerly gave an interview about the experience, detailing the “terrible” impact of the search on Melania. “They go into her closet, they go through her dresses and who knows what else,” he relates. They searched the bedroom of their 16-year-old son Barron, leaving “everything they touched in far different conditions than it was when they started.“
