The Democrat Party is about to lose its mind.

Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) has appeared in a primary ad for a Republican candidate in the West Virginia primary race.

Biden defends the actions of Rep. David McKinley (R-W.V.), something that is not going to sit well with his party.

Going Against the Party

Manchin appeared in the 30-second spot for McKinley regarding his stance for opposing the Build Back Better plan.

Manchin, in part, stated, “I have always said, if I can’t go home and explain it, I can’t vote for it, and that’s why I opposed Build Back Better.”

He continued, “For Alex Mooney and his out-of-state supporters to suggest David McKinley supported Build Back Better is an outright lie.

“David McKinley has always opposed reckless spending because it doesn’t make sense for West Virginia.”

Mooney is the Trump-supported candidate in the race.

Whether Mooney wins this seat or not, he may run against Manchin in the 2024 Senate race, as the GOP will look to capitalize on all battleground seats that are now in play due to Biden’s disastrous time in office.

Now, if that happens, I would advise Trump to stay out of that race and leave Manchin alone.

Joe Manchin’s approval ratings have soared by 17 points after showing resistance to the Biden agenda, so I really don’t think anyone has a chance to beat him in 2024.

While it would be great to get a Republican in that seat, Manchin is about as close to unbeatable as someone can be right now.
