Joe Biden may have gotten the entire Marine Band in trouble.
Biden brought the Marine Band with him on his trip to PA.
That is not the issue.
The problem occurred when Biden turned a policy speech into a political rally.
Can’t Do That
While in PA on his first stop, Biden stated, “Presumptuous of me to say that. But think about doing me a favor.
“Please, please elect the attorney general to the Senate.
“Elect that big ol’ boy to be governor.”
Forget that Biden confused the two men and their respective offices.
The moment he endorsed those two candidates, he put every Marine there in violation of orders.
Service members are not permitted to attend partisan political rallies in uniform.
Some Marines were reportedly upset about the speech.
One insider told Fox News, “I was unaware active-duty service members can wear the uniform at political rallies.
“Ask Defense Secretary [Lloyd] Austin if there is an exception to that regulation for Democrat campaign events.
“Anyone with eyes to see knows that the Marine Corps just gave an in-kind contribution to Pennsylvania Democrats before the midterm elections.”
Trump gave out hats to soldiers when he visited them overseas, and Dems and the media lost their minds.
Yet, nobody seems upset that what Biden did was far worse.
Fox News contacted the Marine Band, the White House, and the Department of Defense for comment.
No requests were returned.
