Joe Biden’s Border Czar Kamala Harris belatedly made a visit there. Better late than never, she quipped. Nearly four years late. The fact that we’re only 40 days out from the election has nothing to do with it. She laughed and grinned like a maniac, as she spent a full ten minutes walking along Trump’s big beautiful wall in Douglas, Arizona. It was at least 100 degrees and she was stylishly dressed in a winter jacket, which probably concealed body armor. She was a chipper little eager beaver, nodding agreement with everything her tour guides were telling her. All the while, she looked like she had dipped into Hunter’s coke stash and was thinking about nothing at all except getting back into the air conditioned SUV to do another line.

Okay, I’m here, Kamala Harris declared. I’ve seen it. Can I get back in the SUV now? It’s not clear why she brought Arizona’s Democrat Senator along on the ride. It doesn’t seem like Mark Kelly even bothered to get out of the car. He lives in Arizona, so he’s seen enough desert to know what it looks like. Better to stay inside with the AC on.
Arizona conservative lawmaker Andy Biggs “also traveled to the border on Friday to show voters the reality.” Kamala’s quick hit and run visit was simply “a photo op.”
Harris understands that “security of our border” is important to the swing state of Arizona. She also knows “there are consequential issues at stake in this election” and that’s one of them. The point she totally misses is that folks in Arizona have been overwhelmed by illegal aliens. A significant number of whom are criminals and murderers. She wants to bring in even more of them.
Border security doesn’t apply to asylum seekers. Even the ones who are terrorists or gang members. To Kamala, securing the border means preventing the importation of fentanyl. We can make that here at home. Why should the cartels haul in all the money?
For her entire term, Kamala has ignored the southern border. When she did manage to hold a few meetings with Latin American glitterati leaders, she flew right over the border. After promising them a whole lot of money to clean up their countries with, they used it to export all their criminals to America. She welcomed them in with open arms.
Harris made sure to emphasize that she’s been trying to get more money for Border Patrol since the beginning. Money to help them move migrants through faster, not to deport them. Which is why conservatives wouldn’t let the alleged border security bill through. It was nothing but more Democrat misdirection.
Fentanyl inspection machines
The one positive thing Kamala Harris had to offer was money to install fentanyl inspection machines. The only problem is that to get it, we need to approve an “increase in the number of immigration judges and asylum officers.”
The whole idea, to Democrats, for hiring more agents is to process more migrants. “But Donald Trump tanked it.” You bet he did. It’s sheer madness. Not to mention all the pork Democrats stuffed in. She promises an even bigger and better bill jam packed full of pork when she’s elected.
Realizing that her message was getting her angry glares from the audience, “Harris proposed stricter asylum laws.” They’ll have to use the CPB One app and make an appointment or their asylum claim won’t be valid. Since conservatives want CBP to arrest border jumpers, they can.
Agents will be allowed to arrest “migrants who cross the border between the legal ports of entry.” Each and every one of those will be bused back across and “barred from reentering for five years.” Make sure you use the app! She stressed.
“We will pursue more severe criminal charges against repeat violators, and if someone does not make an asylum request at a legal point of entry and instead crosses our border unlawfully, they will be barred from receiving asylum.”
Harris practically guaranteed “state-of-the-art fentanyl-detecting technology to seaports and airports and to double the resources for the Department of Justice to pursue transnational criminal organizations and cartels.” That’s the only way to secure the border. As long as Donald Trump isn’t in office, the “orderly and humane” legal immigration can be streamlined and expanded. Let in migrants and stop fentanyl. “We can and we must do both.“
