Only a few days ago, Joe Biden appeared on Jimmy Kimmel talking about how Trump abused his authority.

Yet, it is Joe Biden that has easily overstepped his bounds using emergency powers of the office.

He is about to do it again.

Is That a Threat?

Joe Biden just penned a stack of letters to the powers that be in the oil industry.

Biden is telling them to provide the United States with more oil… or else.

Biden wrote, “There is no question that Vladimir Putin is principally responsible for the intense financial pain the American people and their families are bearing.

“But amid a war that has raised gasoline prices more than $1.70 per gallon, historically high refinery profit margins are worsening that pain.

“Your companies and others have an opportunity to take immediate actions to increase the supply of gasoline, diesel and other refined product you are producing.

“My administration is prepared to use all reasonable and appropriate Federal Government tools and emergency authorities to increase refinery capacity and output in the near term, and to ensure that every region of this country is appropriately supplied.”

The companies have not yet responded to the letters, but I would expect it will not be kind.

Biden is literally trying to run them all out of business while at the same time telling them to cower to him.

Had Biden not put his boot on their throat the moment he got the keys to the White House, perhaps we would not even be in this position right now.

On a different note, I just finished reading an interview with an oil executive that stated we will probably never see another new oil refinery built in the United States.

The risk has just become too large for the industry knowing that Democrats are trying to break the fossil fuel industry.

These are massive investments, so why would they take that risk when Democrats have openly stated that in about a decade, they want the oil industry gone from this country?

That right there tells you just about all you need to know regarding how the industry will respond to Biden’s letter.
