Shop NowAccording to those sources, Flair was sitting at the bar at Wagamama when he got up, left his phone and drink behind, and walked across the street.
Outside, he suddenly fell and injured his face.
TMZ said he cut his head and eye, that the eye was bleeding heavily, and that he may have suffered a concussion.
A photo obtained by TMZ shows medics around him, and he was taken away by ambulance.
The fall came hours after Flair told fans he could not attend a fan convention in Seattle because doctors had advised him not to fly far with a blood clot.
In that post, he called clots potentially life-threatening and said he will have a procedure to strip the affected vein.
TMZ’s sources said the clot has been an issue for months.
The outlet did not report what caused the fall and said it is unclear how it may affect the procedure.
Flair nearly died in 2017 after an intestinal rupture and spent weeks in intensive care. TMZ’s report did not include an update on his current condition.
