Joe Biden is not even trying to hide his corruption any longer.
It would now appear that Biden is paying off a favor that helped to kill the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Biden has appointed Jeremy Bash to his Presidential Intelligence Advisory Board.
If you recall, Bash was one of the more than 50 former intelligence officers who penned a letter saying that the Hunter Biden laptop story published in the New York Post was likely a Russian disinformation plant.

Bash is a former chief of staff at the CIA and Pentagon.
He not only added his signature to that letter, but he also did the media circuit to help outlets justify why they did not cover the story.
For instance, in October 2020, he went on MSNBC and stated, “This looks like Russian intelligence.
“This walks like Russian intelligence.
“This talks like Russian intelligence.
“This effort by Rudy Giuliani and the New York Post and Steve Bannon to cook up supposed dirt on Joe Biden looks like a classic Russian playbook disinformation campaign.”
He later added, “At a minimum, it’s conspiracy to engage in computer crimes and hacking in violation of criminal laws.
“It’s also potentially conspiracy to engage in election interference.”
He was right on that last part, only he was part of the conspiracy to interfere in the election.
I keep stressing the point that neither Bash nor anyone else who signed that letter had examined the laptop information, so they had no idea other than knowing they wanted to kill the story and help Joe Biden defeat Donald Trump.
And now Joe Biden pays him off by putting him on a prestigious board for “Intelligence.”
This is precisely why nobody trusts the government or our intelligence communities anymore.
