Red states in this country have had enough!
Even though the administration is not fully enforcing Title 42, the threat of deportation remains and is likely the only reason our borders are not completely overrun at this point.
So, 21 red states are now suing to have a restraining order against the Biden administration to halt the end of Title 42.
Must Be Stopped
We know for a fact that the administration is not fully adhering to Title 42.
Border Patrol has confirmed this.

The restraining order originated from a group that has been led by Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri from the outset.
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich added, “Once again the Biden Administration is thumbing its nose at the American people and the rule of law.
“It cannot be allowed to continue in this recklessness.”
I don’t see how Biden wins all of these lawsuits because of the duality of the orders coming from the administration right now.
Between asking for additional COVID money, ending Title 42, and extending the mask mandate, even a complete moron can see the conflicting policies at play here.
Title 42 is scheduled to end on May 23, but even Democrats in border states are upset that Biden wants to rescind the order.
You never tell how things will play out these days due to the politicization of our judiciary, but this one should be a no-brainer.
