If you are a movie buff, today is a bad day.
Fred Ward, who came to fame starring in “Tremors,” has passed away.
Ward was 79 years old.
Shocking News
While the reports are just now surfacing, Ward reportedly died on Sunday night.
His cause of death has not yet been released.
Ward was a bit of a cult star, coming to popularity in “Tremors.”
However, he was far more than a slapstick or character actor.
He also played in the megahit, “The Right Stuff,” alongside a slew of star actors.
What many do not know about Ward was that he had a short career as a boxer, a short-order cook, a lumberjack, and he was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Rest in peace, Fred… your fans will miss you.
