Joe Biden has been trying to sell the American people on the gas tax holiday as something that will help put money back in their pockets.
That notion, however, has been widely debunked.
Even Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is saying she cannot get behind it.
Cannot Support It
In reality, this “holiday” by Biden will save most people about $5 per fill-up at the station.
It is also a short-term solution to a long-term problem.
Furthermore, it does nothing to actually address the problem.
There are more than a few economic experts out there that believe this could also trigger higher inflation.
Warren, when asked if she would back this idea, dodged the question at first.
Eventually, she had to admit the truth….
It’s a gimmick, folks, and even Warren knows it.
