The DOJ just swiped Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s jet. He’s likewise accused of swiping his latest election. Merrick Garland doesn’t like the timing of rigged election news. It gets the public talking about how something like that could happen here. In order to divert attention to something which makes his department look good, Garland had the aircraft seized. He’s planning to auction it off to the highest bidder, as soon as the paperwork clears processing.
DOJ swoops in
According to federal officials on Monday, September 2, the DOJ “has seized Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro’s airplane after determining that its acquisition was in violation of U.S. sanctions.” They listed “other criminal issues,” as well, but the real reason is because Garland likes the plane.
He’ll probably find a way to requisition it for his own personal use. It would fit his personality to fly his friends around in a jet which was once Venezuela’s Air Force One. He can fly off with Chris Wray for a week of fishing the next time they’re scheduled to appear before Congress.
Maduro made the mistake of leaving his jet laying around where the DOJ could seize it. “The plane had been in the Dominican Republic in recent months,” CNN reports. Officials didn’t reveal why, “but it presented an opportunity” to seize the aircraft.

The Just Us Department had an assist from Homeland Security Investigations, Commerce agents and the Bureau of Industry and Security. They also checked in with local officials. After the plane was enroute to Florida, the Dominican Republic “notified Venezuela of the seizure.”
Even though Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are as communist as they come, the relationship between the U.S. and Venezuela has been “frosty.” Snatching Maduro’s plane didn’t help. It “marks an escalation as the U.S. continues to investigate what it regards as corrupt practices by Venezuela’s government.”
It’s amazing how the DOJ can investigate government corruption there but not here at home. That’s because they’re the ones who are corrupt in our government. Merrick Garland keeps telling Congress he’s not about to prosecute himself, so take their criminal referrals and file them where the sun doesn’t shine.

Sending a message
The DOJ couldn’t wait to send one of their officials to inform CNN. “This sends a message all the way up to the top. Seizing the foreign head of state’s plane is unheard-of for criminal matters.”
“We’re sending a clear message here that no one is above the law, no one is above the reach of U.S. sanctions.” Except Merrick Garland, the Biden family and the Clintons.
Garland issued a formal statement bragging that the DOJ “seized an aircraft we allege was illegally purchased for $13 million through a shell company and smuggled out of the United States for use by Nicolás Maduro and his cronies.”

If all goes well, after they get Kamala Harris safely installed in the White House he can keep the plane for his own use and that of his own cronies.
The Dassault Falcon 900EX was “illegally exported in April 2023 from the United States to Venezuela through the Caribbean.” Since then, it’s been used to fly “almost exclusively to and from a military base in Venezuela.”
Leaving it parked in the Dominican Republic was a huge mistake. One of the next steps for the DOJ “will be pursuing forfeiture.” Maduro caused the kind of inflation Joe Biden can only dream about. Peasants ate the zoo animals. “You have people who can’t even afford a loaf of bread there and then you have the president of Venezuela jetting around in a high-class private jet.“
