New York City has become a death trap.
This past weekend, a woman was pushed onto the tracks.
Sadly after being taken to a hospital and treated for a head trauma, she passed away.
The alleged murderer has finally been arrested.

The victim was doing nothing more than waiting on a train when 61-year-old Simon Martial allegedly pushed her onto the tracks.
Martial is a homeless man that had only minutes before approached someone else.
Assistant Police Chief Jason Wilcox stated, “He approaches her and he gets in her space. She gets very, very alarmed.
“She tries to move away from him and he gets close to her, and she feels that he was about to physically push her onto the train.
“As she’s walking away she witnesses the crime where he pushes our other victim in front of the train.”
That is New York City today, yet its new mayor says there is only a “perception” that the subway is not safe.
Tell that to the victim’s family.
