Houthis Fire Long-Range Missile as Israel Readies to Pound Lebanon

Israel made a big announcement Thursday night, after a security cabinet meeting. Hezbollah can kiss their positions in Jordan goodbye. “The situation in the north cannot continue. We need to change the balance and must return the residents home.” They can’t do that without vaporizing Hezbollah. “The IDF must prepare for a broad campaign in Lebanon.” When the radical Houthi tribe got word, they responded with “a long-range surface-to-surface missile” targeting Jaffa, near Tel Aviv.

Israel chasing Hezbollah

It’s time for Israel to chase Hezbollah out of Jordan. This incessant lobbing of rockets and mortar shells back and forth across the border has got to go. The only way to make it stop is put an end to Hezbollah.

If that means going head-to-head with Iran, who’s sponsoring them, then so be it. Enough is enough.

For the past 11 months, Hezbollah has been backing Hamas with sporadic attacks against Israel. On Saturday night, “the IDF attacked Hezbollah’s ammunition depots both in southern Lebanon and in the north, more than 150 kilometers from Israel’s borders.” Hezbollah launched dozens of their own rockets back.

They’re going to have a hard time replacing them because the IDF blew up their missile factory in Syria last week.

Israeli Officials think Joe Biden got into Hunter’s crack stash or something. Their diplomats who got sucked into “discussing the U.S. diplomatic effort in Lebanon, headed by envoy Amos Hochstein, are not producing any results.” Israel claims they’re “giving the American initiative another chance” but not holding their breath expecting any results.

Meanwhile, they “conveyed there might be no choice but to resort to a broad military campaign in the north.” It’s only a matter of time. While that might mean “a few weeks to a few months,” Benjamin Netanyahu believes time is of the essence. He already approved “operational plans.

Hezbollah can kiss their positions in Jordan goodbye.

Diplomats not helping

Top Israeli officials who were at the security council meeting “doubted a diplomatic solution would solve the current conflict.” Even if Hamas and Hezbollah promise Joe Biden to play nice, what guarantees do endangered Jewish settlers living surrounded by radical Arabs get? “Who will return home because Nasrallah will sign a paper?” security officials in in Israel are wondering.

How likely is it that he will agree to disarm and retreat north of the Litani River? It is a dream, and it will not happen. That is why the defense establishment understands that we will probably have to go to war to bring the people home.

The thing that really annoys them most about Joe Biden is that they can’t simply ignore Blinky Blinken and tell him to go away. They have to at least give lip service and go along with the meaningless negotiations.

Ones that are only ongoing to help Kamala Harris gain a political edge which is never going to materialize. Israel already made up their mind and they’ll have the tanks all gassed up and ready to roll as soon as Joe’s little dog and pony show collapses in failure.

Over in Yemen, the Houthis think they’re being cute and harassing the Jews for being mean to their equally radical Arab cousins. Israel isn’t phased by one little long range missile, even if it did get through their defenses. Yemen is about to get a lot hotter than what it says on the thermometer.

Netanyahu posted a message for the Houthis. They “should know that we exact a high price for any attempt to attack us. Whoever needs a reminder of this, is invited to visit the port of Hodeidah.
