The White House is trying to pitch the narrative that the United States has the best economy in the world right now, but most people are not buying it.
The actual numbers tell a far different story and growth has completely stalled, with projections of it only getting worse by most economic forecasters.
For political analysts, this spells doom for Democrats in November.

November 8 could be a devasting day for Democrats this year.
Unless there is a dramatic change, and all signs point to that not being the case, there will be sweeping changes by the time all the votes are counted in the upcoming general election.
Regardless of anything else, Americans vote with their bank accounts, and right now, they are getting clobbered.
Right now, it is not just that we are suffering high inflation and on the brink of a recession.
It is about the fact Democrats continue to lie, not accept any blame, and offer no solutions to the problem.
Under new Democrats DAs, communities are seeing crime rates soar, and they are tired of it.
Former Democrat congresswoman and presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard stated, “I think the most important thing is that Americans across the country are looking for solutions. People are already struggling right now, tremendously, because of inflation, because of rising gas prices. People don’t feel safe in their own communities.
“You know, the value of the dollar is dropping as things get more and more expensive and people are having a hard time making ends meet. I think what they’re looking for, regardless of political party, are leaders who are going to bring solutions and actually take action to start to address these problems.”
She concluded, “There is way too much focus on quote-unquote messaging, or changing the messaging, or improving the messaging, or the narrative. What does that have to do with reality?
“You can say things are gonna be different or better, but unless people are actually seeing action, unless people are actually seeing steps forward towards progress and solving these challenges, all they will continue to hear is a lot of lip service….”
Brandon Arnold, Executive Vice President of the National Taxpayers Union, stated, “Regardless of what Secretary Yellen claims, we are heading toward a recession. The real question is not if it will happen but how severe it will be. It’s a similar situation for Democrats in the upcoming election. It’s not a question of whether or not they are going to lose, it’s a question of how severe their losses will be.”
Ari Fleischer, a former White House Press Secretary, stated, “The Democrats are in big trouble, with or without a recession. But if there is a recession, many Democrats in safe seats will lose.
“Recessions are devastating to the public, but they’re even more devastating to politicians, especially those in the party in power.”
Let me add, if Biden and company were being honest, telling the American people to dig in rather than saying just suck it and appreciate what you have, this may not have played out so horribly for them.
It is the deception of this administration, more than anything else, that is pissing off the American people.
