Democrats saw an opening and they are going for it.
Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) penned a letter to the Treasury Department in the hopes of taking down Governor DeSantis.
This administration being what it is, the Treasury was more than happy to oblige him.

The big deal here is where DeSantis got his cash to transport illegals from Texas to Martha’s Vineyard.
Democrats are claiming he misused COVID funding…

Democrats are licking their chops right now, thinking they have DeSantis over a barrel.
I believe this could come back to haunt them.
Here is the problem…
It is not exactly a secret blue states were reallocating COVID funds from the America Rescue Plan to fund their pet projects.
If they investigate DeSantis, the books need to be opened for every state in the country.
How about we find out where every penny was sent and go for full transparency here?
I have zero problem holding states accountable for misused funds.
But I can guarantee there will be a lot of blue states without governors after we do that.
