Can someone please explain why Putin has not been arrested for war crimes?

Once again, he purposely targeted civilians with a massive air strike on Monday.

So far, at least 10 people have been confirmed dead, but that total will surely rise in coming days.

Massive Strike

Putin ordered simultaneous strikes in Lviv, Ternopil, and Zhytomyr in western Ukraine, Dnipro and Kremenchuk in central Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia in the south, and Kharkiv in the east.

This was the biggest volley of missiles since the first day of the war on February 24.

Putin ordered the strike as a response for the bridge on the Crimean Peninsula that was struck earlier in the week.

He stated, “The Kyiv regime, with its actions, has put itself on the same level as international terrorist organizations.

“With the most odious groups. To leave such acts without a response is simply impossible.”

Putin’s attack also disabled significant portions of the grid, leaving many Ukrainians without power.
