Kari Lake has decided to turn herself into the female version of Donald Trump.
She is clearly positioning herself to get to the top of the list for Trump’s VP choices.
So much so, after having gushed over DeSantis before, now she is replicating Trump’s attacks against DeSantis.
The hypocrisy runs deep here, and Trey Gowdy was more than happy to point it out.

Our pollical system is showing just how broken it really is right now.
When “stars” of the GOP are resorting to tearing down someone out of fear of them beating them when they are really good for the party, well, that is an issue.
That is what is happening with Ron DeSantis right now.
He has yet to announce, yet Trump is hitting him with everything he has, and now his puppet, Kari Lake, has joined in.
The problem, however, is that before Trump started hitting DeSantis, Lake gushed over him.

Here is where the hypocrisy gets even deeper.
Trump has always railed about how dirty and nasty DC and all the fake, negative attacks he was hit with during his campaign, yet he is doing the very same thing to DeSantis.
I said it before and I will say it again, Trump is now much closer to being in the swamp than out of it.
