After 18 months in office, Joe Biden has decided he can no longer blame Donald Trump for the immigration problems at our border.

Instead of owning the fact that these open border policies are to blame, DHS Secretary Mayorkas now has a new theme…

It is all about “climate change.”

Is He Kidding?

The fact that this administration refused to own this crisis is outraging Americans on both sides of the aisle.

Very few people in this country are satisfied with Biden’s policies, but he keeps doubling down and allowing hundreds of thousands of people to enter the country illegally every month.

They blamed it on Trump for most of the administration, but now they are switching gears.

Mayorkas, on the rising surges at the border, stated, “The migration that is occurring throughout the hemisphere is reflective of the economic downturn, increase in violence throughout the region, the result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the results of climate change – we’re really in a regional challenge, and we are addressing it with our regional partners.”

Climate change? Really? That is what you have now?

The administration has now ended the Remain in Mexico policy, one of the last remaining obstacles that Donald Trump’s administration has put into play.

In May, there were more than 220,000 illegal immigrant encounters.

June’s numbers will almost certainly be higher, and I would suspect that July will be far worse now that Remain in Mexico it out of the way.

Keep in mind, the administration is also looking to end Title 42, at which point there will be no obstacles from complete open borders under this administration.

Customs and Border Patrol at that point will be nothing more than a processing agency rather than a border control agency.
