Joe Biden finally emerged from his basement this week to make an appearance in Pittsburgh.
Once again, Biden stumbled through a speech, struggling with his trend of thought and trying to stay on point.
This should have been an easy point to make for Biden, but he was clearly confused and struggling to read his notes or teleprompter or whatever he is using these days for his speeches.
I would love to write out what he said, but I gave up after the fourth attempt of trying to figure out exactly what he was saying.
So, instead, just listen to this gibberish and you tell me if you think this man is all there mentally…
