Joe Biden just got taken to the whoopin’ shed by Fox News’ Peter Doocy.
Biden has a nightmare situation right now with the classified document mess and it keeps getting worse.
He did not make the situation any better with an off-the-cuff comment to Fox News’ Peter Doocy.
What Were You Thinking?
This was quite possibly the best question ever asked to a sitting president.
Joe Biden, who continues to say how seriously he treats classified documents, had stashed classified documents in his home garage, right next to his Corvette.
When Doocy finally got a shot at him, he asked Biden, “Classified documents next to your Corvette?
“What were you thinking?”
Biden responded, “I’m going to get the chance to speak on all of this, God willing it’ll be soon, but I said earlier this week — and by the way my Corvette is in a locked garage.
“It’s not like it’s sitting out in the street.”
We can only imagine how many people had access to that garage and those documents.
Literally, imagine, because Biden will not release visitor logs when he is back in Delaware.
Doocy poked him again, asking, “So the documents were in a locked garage?”
Biden responded, “Yes, as well as my Corvette. But as I said earlier this week, people know I take classified documents and classified material seriously.”
I don’t think Biden understands that saying classified documents were next to your Corvette and that you take classified documents seriously do not really belong together in the same sentence.
