Now that we have more data in regard to how the shooter pulled off his attempted assassination of Donald Trump, experts are starting to chime in.

One of those is Dallas Alexander, a 17-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Alexander spent more than a decade as a sniper, and he believes the shooter had help.

It Doesn’t Add Up

Alexander is one of several snipers who have come forward to question how this assassination attempt was able to take place.

He stated, “I’m very familiar with the layout of these types of things and what the job should be.

“And yesterday, what happened, I have no doubts in my mind that the shooter had help from somewhere within an agency, an organization, or the government.

“The second I saw that aerial photo of what they were saying happened, it immediately made no sense to me.

“Something happened. I’m not pointing fingers at anyone — it’s just too obvious that this guy had help getting there.

“Whether someone turned a blind eye or it was strategically planned.

“Events like that, security like that … it’s not a small thing, and that is the most obvious place to be.”

I am right there with him.

I am examining two different scenarios right now, and neither one is good for the Secret Service.

My two scenarios are:

First, someone got wind of this attempt through online chatter and simply ignored it, even screwing up the security plan on purpose to allow the attempt.

Second, once it was clear what was happening, someone high up in the food chain decided to delay the response to allow the attempt on Trump’s life to play out before taking out the shooter.

It is either that or the planning and execution of that day was the largest screwup in Secret Service history, right up there with the assassination of JFK.

Either way, someone needs to be held accountable and right now, that should be the forward planning agent, the local chief of police, and Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle.
