A report by independent journalists Michael Shellenberger, Matt Taibbi and Alex Gutentag, published on Substack, reveals that the CIA asked for international help to spy on “26 associates of Donald Trump” in the run up to the 2016 election. “Former CIA Director John Brennan identified and presented the targets.” This is apparently what “triggered the allegations that the former president’s campaign had been colluding with Russia.”

The best way to spy on Donald Trump was to target his friends and associates, the CIA decided, back in 2015. It was Hillary’s turn to run the show.
“Former CIA Director John Brennan identified and presented the targets” to America’s “intelligence-sharing partners in the so-called ‘Five Eyes‘ agencies.” All 26 names were quickly added to intelligence-gathering operations in “the U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.”
The Deep State forces of darkness, in the depths of our own spooky domestic intelligence agencies, singled out Trump related individuals “as people to bump.”

In spy lingo, that means cooking up an innocuous reason to make contact, get friendly, and groom an informant, whether that informant wants to be a rat or not. When they mean something fatally final, spooks say things like “extract,” or “terminate with extreme prejudice.”
A confidential source used for the report relates that these 26 associates of Donald Trump “were targets of our own IC and law enforcement — targets for collection and misinformation.”
In the U.K., their Government Communications Headquarters intelligence apparatus “was making contacts with Trump’s associates as early as March 2016.” The spy activity was relentless. “They were sending people around the UK, Australia, Italy — the Mossad in Italy. The MI6 was working at an intelligence school they had set up.”
The 10-inch binder
The investigative reporters are demanding that the spy community whip out their big “10-inch binder” and show it to the public. Americans would be gasping in shock.
The independent journalists learned that “intelligence related to the alleged surveillance effort is housed in a ‘10-inch binder.‘” They know for sure it exists because Donald Trump already declassified it at the end of his first term.
Everyone who knows anything about it says that binder contains evidence that “multiple U.S. intelligence officials broke laws against spying and election interference.”

It mysteriously disappeared. Carter Page is almost certainly one of the 26 individuals targeted. We know all about the secret and illegal effort to spy on him.
Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith intentionally forged evidence documents to mislead the FISA court into issuing a wiretap warrant on Page. When he got caught doing that, he got a slap on the wrist probation sentence.
We now know that the whole story the fed spy crew fed the FISA court were total lies. “Page had been wiretapped after intelligence sources suspected he might have been targeted by Russian spies. The wiretap, which was approved by the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, was renewed several times after it was first granted.” It was all a frame job.
