We can argue all day about whether or not Joe Biden is racist.
What we cannot debate, however, is that Joe Biden has hurt the minority community in this country with many of his policies.
The two major policies Biden are known for is his crime bill when Clinton was in office and his failed immigration policies as VP that led to cages being built to house children.
Biden even admits he got both of these wrong, a statement that seems to be impacting how the African American community in this country feels about him.

To be clear, Biden needs to win more than 90 percent of African American voters to have a path to victory and based on that poll, it does not seem likely.
