As promised, Texas Governor Greg Abbott sent the first bus of illegal immigrants from the Texas southern border to New York City this week.
When they arrived, illegal-immigrant-friendly NYC was not happy about it.
Mayor Eric Adams went ballistic at a press conference, slamming the Governor for sending the busload of illegals and promising to send more.
Here They Come
The first busload arrived and it was exactly as we have been told the administration was not letting into the country.
One after another single males deboarded the bus, ready to roam the streets of New York City, which is supposed to be a sanctuary city for illegals.
You would think the mayor would have been happy to help, but that was far from the case.
Adams stated, “This is horrific, when you think about what the governor is doing.”
He continued, “It is unimaginable what the governor of Texas has done, when you think about this country, a country that has always been open to those who were fleeing persecution.”
Adams added, “They were forced on the bus.
“Our goal is to immediately find out each family’s needs and give them the assistance they want.”
Abbott has maintained that the migrants are not being “forced” on the buses.
They are all volunteers willing to go to other cities rather than stay in Texas.
Believe me, if Abbott was forcing people on the buses, you would thousands showing up instead of a bus of 50.
