Police in Smyrna, Georgia, have charged 18-year-old Kingston Bradley with malice murder and concealing the death of another after a woman’s dismembered remains were found at the Park Valley Apartments, ABC News reports.

Shop NowThe remains were discovered Wednesday night at the complex, where Bradley lives. The Cobb County Medical Examiner confirmed that a bag contained body parts, police said.
When investigators searched a vehicle under a warrant Friday, they found garbage bags in the trunk, one “pulled tightly showing the outline of a body part.”
Police said they believe the victim is Shanteria Mosley, known as “KT” to friends and family. DNA testing is underway “to get an absolute confirmation.”
Mosley’s family raised the alarm after her phone and vehicle turned up at the complex.
An officer who responded Wednesday evening knocked on doors for about 30 minutes, then advised the family to file a missing person report in Atlanta, where she was last seen.
“This is a shocking crime,” said Smyrna Police Lt. Meredith Holt, calling it “a particularly gruesome crime.”
Investigators are searching for other remains and are “continuing to do interviews to see if there are any other possible suspects.”
Police are investigating whether Bradley and Mosley had any connection. He is held without bond.
