There is a video circulating online that is yet more proof that Putin and members of his Army should be facing war crime charges.
If the video is authentic, it shows a tank approaching a civilian car and obliterating it.
If reports are accurate, the people in the car were an elderly couple.
Why?
That is the only question that needs to be answered right now.
The car clearly saw the tank ripping down the road and stopped to prove it was not a threat.
The tank kept coming, then opened fire, hitting the car directly.
As if the first shot was not enough, a second shot is fired with another explosion.

This is far from the first time that the Russians have targeted civilians.
We have seen apartment buildings and hospitals turned to rubble during this war.
Russia has now been accused of using illegal weapons, such as vacuum bombs, which are illegal according to the Geneva Conventions.
Ukraine President Zelensky responded, “We will punish everyone who committed atrocities in this war. On our land. We will find every bastard. Which shot at our cities, our people. Which bombed our land. Which launched rockets. Which gave the order and pressed ‘start.’
“There will be no quiet place on this Earth for you, except for the grave.”
We can only hope he is able to deliver on that promise.
