Most people believed that if Trump’s case was ever able to get to the Supreme Court, he would at least have his day in court.
That, however, does not seem to be happening, at least not yet.
Early Tuesday, it was announced that Supreme Court Justice Alito had moved up the deadline for the PA suit brought by a PA representative.
It seemed as though that was a sign that Alito was going to entertain hearing the case before the safe harbor deadline.
It was all a ruse, however, as Alito declined the case later that day, dealing the Trump campaign and its hopes of turning PA to a Trump state a massive blow.
