A real-life horror scene played out in a ritzy New York neighborhood.
Authorities discovered the body of 51-year-old Orsolya Gaal stuffed in a duffel bag and left outside.
She had been stabbed nearly five dozen times.
Horrifying Scene
Gaal clearly did not go without a fight.
According to reports, her body was covered with stab wounds, including to her arm, which appear to be defensive wounds (at least some of them).
Gaal was murdered with her 13-year-old son in the home and her husband and older son on the road checking out colleges.
The younger son has been interviewed and released by the authorities.
Gaal’s carotid artery and trachea had been sliced, with numerous defensive wounds on her fingers and palms.
Reports stated that she had told her younger son she was going out, but instead met someone in the home’s basement.
Due to the nature of the crime, authorities believe the suspect was known to Gaal and possibly her entire family.
After the murder, her husband received a text that stated, “Your whole family is next!”
Surveillance cameras did record the suspect wheeling the duffel bag containing the body down the street, but no real description is available at this point.
Neighbors were obviously horrified, stating, “It’s very unusual to see this. I don’t know how this could happen around here.”
