Liberal Hollywood is about to have a complete meltdown over a Sam Elliott review of a very progressive western.
Elliott was recently asked to comment about a new Netflix movie called “The Power of the Dog.”
The longtime western star called the movie a “piece of sh*t,” but he hardly stopped there.
Can He Say That?
Jane Campion directs the new movie and in today’s woke world of Hollywood, the film has been much acclaimed.
The problem, however, is that it is not even close to being realistic.
It is Campion’s effort to infiltrate the Old West with homosexuality to make it the norm, when, rest assured, that was far from the case.
On the appearance of the cowboys in the movie, Elliott stated, “They’re running around in chaps and no shirts.
“There’s all these allusions of homosexuality throughout the f**king movie.”
He continued, “What the f**k does this woman … she’s a brilliant director, by the way, I love her work, her previous work, but what the f**k does this woman from down there [New Zealand] know about the American West?
“And why in the f**k did she shoot this movie in New Zealand and call it Montana?”

I guess it is now just a matter of time before Elliott is either forced to apologize or get canceled.
