Florida Governor Ron DeSantis got some great news this week.
His wife, Casey, who has been battling cancer, is now cancer-free.
Casey had undergone chemo treatments recently, which is one of the reasons DeSantis has been keeping a bit of a lower profile.

DeSantis has been a target of the left since he became one of the frontrunners for the 2024 ticket.
In the midst of his wife’s cancer treatments, AOC went on the attack for DeSantis not being in the public eye as much as he had been.
His office then revealed he was not making public appearances because, after his normal workday, he was spending time with his wife while she underwent treatment.
Of course, there was no apology, nor did we hear the same comments from AOC when Secretary Buttigieg disappeared from the spotlight for months when he went on unannounced paternity leave.
DeSantis stood tall, faced down all the nonsense, and he and his wife were able to share some rather amazing news in that his wife is now cancer-free.
He and his wife were also very thankful for the prayers and positive thoughts sent out for his family during this time.
He stated, “Thank you for doing that.
“It’s lifted her spirits, it’s made a tremendous difference.”
