I knew this was coming…
A report surfaced earlier this week on The Federalist that created some big waves for Senator McConnell (R-KY) and his wife, Elaine Chao.
The ink was not even dry on the report when Trump started to call for McConnell’s head.

Chao, who served as Trump’s Secretary of Transportation, has been deeply linked to the Chinese in the report.
That is also a ding against Trump for not having her properly vetted in what was a clear favor for McConnell for supporting him during the 2016 election.
Regardless, Trump saw this as a way to take out McConnell, so he unleashed his venom.
Trump stated, “Mitch McConnell is not an Opposition Leader, he is a pawn for the Democrats to get whatever they want.
“He is afraid of them, and will not do what has to be done.
“A new Republican Leader in the Senate should be picked immediately!”
Due to Chao having been in Trump’s cabinet, I think this is a bit of a risky move by Trump, but I agree entirely with the sentiment.
McConnell has to go, especially if Trump runs and wins office.
We need new blood, period.
