The second passenger that passed away in the crash of Arizona Cardinals DB Jeff Gladney has been identified.
Andrea Mercedes Palacios, 26, who was Gladney’s girlfriend, is the second fatality of the horrifying accident.

This is a truly horrifying accident, and probably one that never should have happened.
While it remains unclear who was driving at the time of the accident, authorities believe excessive speed is what caused the crash.
Gladney’s car hit another car, the careened into a freeway pier beam on the Woodall Rodgers Freeway.
The car reportedly erupted in flames, with Palacios and Gladney either unconscious or trapped inside the vehicle.
Her brother, John Paul Figueroa, stated, “She was just a loving, selfless person.
“Just outgoing. I know she loved Jeff because they were always together.”
Two lives snuffed out in their mid-20s for what reason? It is just senseless.
