Drugging and sexually assaulting dozens of women isn’t a nice thing to do, even for a CIA officer. He was “on assignment” but not on the job. Both here in the U.S. and overseas. His spooky profession got him access to some really freaky drugs. That’s why the court sentenced Brian Jeffrey Raymond to 30 years in prison.

Drugging women senseless

Brian Jeffrey Raymond got away with sexually assaulting women all over the world for a full 14 years. He’s expected to be on the receiving end of similar abuse for the next 30 years. In prison, he won’t have any drugs to knock him out, so he’ll feel every bit of it.

According to a press release, the 48-year-old lured victims to his “government apartment to abuse them.” If he ever manages to get out, “the judge ordered a lifetime of supervised release and ordered him to pay $260,000 in restitution.

His sexual rein of terror ended in May of 2020, when one of the women he was raping woke up. “Raymond was caught when a naked woman screaming for help was seen on the balcony of his Mexico City residence.

He had a hard time explaining that one to his boss. “He had been working for the U.S. embassy at the time.” That doesn’t make Americans look good with the locals. They still aren’t sure who all his victims are.

The FBI soon joined the investigation and rounded up “hundreds of photographs and videos.” They popped some popcorn and went through each and every one of them, “dating back to 2006.

Feds diligently noted down for prosecutors that they watched Raymond molest “at least 24 nude or partially nude women who were unconscious or incapable of consenting.

Raymond had access to some really freaky drugs.

Totally a predator

It’s not going to matter real much to the outside world but federal prosecutor Matthew Graves made a big deal out of announcing that the sentencing on Wednesday, September 18, “marked him as a sex offender for life.

The former CIA agent was a “predator” who “lured unsuspecting women to his government-leased housing.” What he did was more than a little illegal. He “drugged, stripped, sexually abused and photographed them.

Specifically, the FBI recovered “more than 500 images” from various devices. The video recordings of women, “taken between 2006 and 2020, show Raymond touching and manipulating the victim’s bodies for hours.

Some of the feds’ favorite parts were when “he was seen straddling and groping his unconscious victims. He opened their eyelids at times and stuck his fingers in their mouths.” As soon as he got busted for the woman on his balcony, “he attempted to delete the pictures and videos.” He should have known they have tools to get them back.

Meeting his victims was no problem. He used all sorts of dating apps. As soon as he got them home, he “drugged them while serving wine and snacks.” The CIA has it’s own private pharmacy of really spooky drugs they use in their work.

Most of the women in his photos and videos could not remember their time with him.” Raymond got around. “During his employment by the government, he lived and worked in numerous countries including the U.S., Peru and Mexico.
