There is finally some justice in this world.
Shannon Brandt, who allegedly ran down 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson, has finally been charged with murder.
He had initially been charged with vehicular manslaughter, creating significant rage among conservatives due to the circumstances of the murder.
Time for Justice
Brandt tried to excuse his killing by saying that Ellingson was a right-wing extremist.
I am not sure how that was supposed to excuse blatantly running him down, but that was the road that he took.
The claim was later debunked, as local police said there was no proof whatsoever of Ellingson being a radical.
One of the most damning pieces of evidence was that Ellingson had called his mother in the middle of everything.
He reportedly told her, “‘he’ or ‘they’ were chasing him.”
During that same call, Ellingson allegedly told his mother that he made need to call for help, but she told him to stay put and she would come to get him.
The video tells the story, though, of the vehicle allegedly being driven by Brandt that tracks and runs over Ellingson.
