Joe Biden granted what amounts to amnesty, on Tuesday, to “tens of thousands of undocumented immigrants residing in the United States.” Democrats are calling it “one of the most sweeping immigration measures of his tenure in office.” Republicans and other conservatives call it an outrage. Once again, the regime is abusing the “parole” power granted by a clause in the law intended to be used case-by-case and only for emergencies. Alejandro Mayorkas uses it to justify ignoring immigration laws.
Biden ‘paroles’ illegal ‘spouses’
There is absolutely no use for laws in America under Joe Biden because the ones we need aren’t enforced. Even worse, the ruling regime has the power of the military and the entire federal bureaucracy to back up anything they choose to call legal, whether it is or not.
They simply make it up as they go along, even to the point of criminal charges against an opposing candidate in an attempt to sway the election result.
If laws actually had any meaning, we wouldn’t need this latest Biden palace decree. Homeland Security plans to “effectively grant federal protections to some undocumented spouses and children of U.S. citizens.” That’s misleading from the beginning. Under the law, if an immigrant legally marries a citizen, they become a citizen, too. Problem solved. No legitimate “spouse” needs any protection from deportation.
So today June 10th 2024 CNN finally announces what we have known since April … “Parole in Place” for Mass Amnesty is here. #BidensAmerica #BidenAdministration #BidenBorderCrisis #BidenBorderInvasion #BidensBorderBloodbath https://t.co/1pN1UCDmK9 pic.twitter.com/EZpLcHH2SP

Joe’s simply giving amnesty to any illegal who’s shacked up with a citizen. There’s a good chance that Obama put him up to it. The whole thing is way too similar to Obama’s policies and was cooked up to coincide with the anniversary of Barack’s Dreamer scheme.
According to the press release, the new “parole in place” program will shield an estimated “500,000 spouses of U.S. citizens and 50,000 children under the age of 21” from deportation.
Biden officials note “it’s the same immigration policy that has been used for qualifying military families since 2007.” That makes it alright, then.
Meant to please progressives
According to Politico, “the timing of the proposal is nearly as notable as the substance.” When Biden announced what looks like “a restrictive new measure to clamp down on asylum at the southern border” Democrats came unglued.
They don’t seem to realize that the measure is practically worthless when it comes to slowing down the invasion, only meant to make it appear he’s doing something to appease insecure citizens who want closed borders. “That policy drew sharp rebukes from progressive allies, who accused the administration of adopting a wholly conservative framework toward immigration.”
Joe’s handlers “believe the action will shore up his standing on one of his thorniest political issues.” Joe has orders from Obama.
Parole-in-place is yet another abuse of the limited parole authority provided under Section 212(d)(5) of the INA. That section authorizes the government to grant parole (i.e. allow entry) to aliens who otherwise are inadmissible for temporary periods of time, on a case-by-case… https://t.co/MpUdW7GLUn pic.twitter.com/7MgqtQQvWS

Staffers point out that “back in 2012, Obama saw no backlash from moderates, white voters or swing voters when he unveiled his policy. He ultimately performed well with Latino voters — a demographic the Biden campaign hopes to energize with the announcement.” It isn’t working.
If anything, Joe really ticked off Latino voters with this latest slap in the face. They’re coming out in droves to complain about all the line jumpers who get the same benefits they had to hop through flaming hoops for.
They were stupid enough to actually follow the law and it cost them a bundle to meet all the requirements. Biden is really hoping “the timing of the June announcement will alleviate pressure from his base.“
