The first two days of Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation hearings have had the scoreboard lighting up for Barrett and not even twitching on the Democrat side of the board.
While she has had plenty of great moments, there are a few from Tuesday that were totally epic.
The first actually came at the hands of a Republican Senator, who asked Barrett to hold up her notes from which everyone assumed she was answering questions…

The true shining moment of the day, however, can when Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) got her turn at the microphone.
Barrett dressed her down several times, but these were by far the best…

KLOBUCHAR: "Do you think it is faithful to our democratic principles to fill a supreme Court vacancy this close to an election when people are still voting?"
BARRETT: "I think that is a question for the political branches." pic.twitter.com/WSEpL26S0Q

I think Barrett is showing everyone she is more than qualified to sit on that bench.
