The horrors of Putin are now being captured on video and shown to the world.
It is inexcusable that civilian areas with no military targets are being bombed.

The latest video to surface showed a flurry of missiles that hit the Ukrainian city of Chernihiv on Thursday.
The rockets hit apartments buildings and schools, not military targets.
Reports so far stated that at least 33 civilians were killed in the attack, with an additional 18 injured.
The video has already been verified as authentic by Reuters.
Regional governor Viacheslav Chaus stated, “Many apartment buildings were damaged, windows were broken, walls, roofs, balconies were damaged, walls and ceilings were destroyed in some places.
“There are NO military facilities nearby.
“Nearby are hospitals, several schools and kindergartens, dozens of high-rise buildings.”
According to reports, the city is still under attack as the eighth day of fighting between Ukraine and Russia continues.
