The fact our judiciary is dominated with Democrat appointments has never been more consequential than during this election.
In far too many cases, Democrat-appointed judges are tossing cases before Trump even has his day in court.
That, however, will NOT be the case in Nevada.
The Trump campaign has finally caught a break when a Nevada judge ruled the campaign can present its evidence of possible voter fraud and voting irregularities in the state.
BIG news in Nevada: a Judge has allowed NV Republicans to present findings of widespread voter fraud in a Dec. 3rd hearing. Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots. Stay tuned.

Make no mistake about it, if Trump wins this case, it changes everything in every state that is being contested.
This is not so much about the small amount of electoral votes Nevada holds than it is in setting a precedent.
With Trump having to turn at least three states to win back the White House, this could be the first of many dominoes to fall IF they can win.
