Rabidly progressive celebrity Rosie O’Donnel’s adopted daughter has been arrested on serious charges of child neglect. Along with counts of drug possession. Apparently Chelsea Belle O’Donnell has a huge problem with methamphetamine. Her 11-month-old son was found by authorities with a meth pipe in reach. That’s not all.
Child neglect charge
The child being unfortunately neglected doesn’t seem able to count on his wealthy lesbian grandmother for any help. Rosie O’Donnell and her partner adopted Chelsea Belle. Their pseudo daughter grew up to be an emotional and social cripple.
As soon as she was old enough, she went to go live with her birth mother. Then went totally downhill from there, strung out on drugs.
Now a 27-year-old adult, Chelsea was charged on September 17 with “four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine and THC.”
Apparently she had cannabis at hand in some form of flower, concentrate or edible. The court documents didn’t come out in public until a month later.
While they were at it, police in Marinette, Wisconsin, also wrote her up for a pair of misdemeanors. “Disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs.”
It all started when she got into a little tiff with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund. It got out of hand and she’s the one who called the cops. She never thought once about the dangerous situation she was putting her helpless infant child in.
Not being honest
Dispatchers note that they could hear the caller “telling another person to ‘get the hell away.‘” When police arrived Chelsea’s pupils were the size of dinner plates. Their report notes she “was not being honest whatsoever.”
The cop had been there before. For the same reason. They knew she had a child and she was standing there talking to them with a meth pipe in her pocket. That was a good enough reason to detain her and enter the home.
What they found when they got inside was described in paperwork as “horrible” living conditions. Starting with a meth bong and meth pipe “that a small child could have easily grabbed,” they inventoried a whole lot more.
They also found “a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue, and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles.” Those were conveniently stashed “under her child’s crib.”
“Several of them were loaded with blood. There were old apples, garbage, random tools, and butane bottles sitting on the floor, all mixed with the clothing belonging to [the child].” Grandma Rosie doesn’t care. He has the wrong set of chromosomes to get any attention from her.
Police are convinced “the house was used for drug trafficking as well as a setup to cook meth.” Chelsea “was later found to be in possession of 18 grams of meth” after cops noticed her “digging into her butt or her vaginal area.“
