This week, the nation’s report card came out.
This is the report that shows the educational progression of our children.
The report was devastating in terms of the step backward our children have taken.
Two Steps Back
The scores across the board were down, but math took an especially significant hit.
Ironically, after the report came out, Jake Tapper did a segment about how we need to have a conversation about this.
Mind you, Dr. Fauci has been resisting that the lockdowns did any significant long-lasting effects on our children.
We should also note that it was Democrats that were working hand-in-hand with teachers’ unions that kept the schools closed far longer than anyone wanted or expected.
If memory serves, when the Trump administration was pushing for schools to be opened, even Joe Biden and his team were saying Trump was putting children at risk and we “needed to follow the science.”
By that time, however, there was plenty of data and science stating that the schools should have been open.
