Joe Biden has brought this country to its knees.
The next step is a full-blown recession, which many economists see as imminent.
Even Bank of America has raised the possibility of a recession by next year up to 40 percent, which is staggering, as these estimates are generally very conservative.
Yet, when Biden was asked about it, he accused the reporter of making things up.
Don’t Mess with Me on the Beach
Reporters had to travel to the beach to talk to Joe this weekend.
When they finally got a microphone in his face, Joe was not a happy man.
When he was asked about an imminent recession, he responded, “not the majority,” and said “come on, don’t make things up.”
But they are.
He continued, “Now you sound like a Republican politician, I’m joking, that was a joke, that was a joke.
“But all kidding aside, no I don’t think it is. I was talking to Larry Summers this morning, there’s nothing inevitable about a recession.”
Summers was doing the Sunday morning circuit predicting a recession, so Joe is lying again.
Summers stated, “My best guess is that a recession is ahead. I base that on the fact that we haven’t had a situation like the present with inflation above 4% and unemployment beyond 4% without a recession following within a year or two.
“And so I think the likelihood is that in order to do what’s necessary to stop inflation the Fed is going to raise interest rates enough that the economy will slip into a recession.”
The man is just incapable of telling the truth.
