Just after the Uvalde, TX, mass shooting, it was rather alarming to see where most people’s heads were at the time.

I probably saw more posts on Twitter from the liberal horde about how much it would benefit Beto O’Rourke than I did empathy for the families of the victims of the shooting.

The horde will be a bit upset when they see the latest polling after Beto O’Rourke’s despicable showing in that moment of crisis.

Opportunity Knocks

O’Rourke had a real opportunity to do some damage in this race.

Had he presented himself properly, he may have been able to bite into the nine-point lead that Abbott was already enjoying.

Instead of offering empathy and help, he crashed a press conference and pointed fingers, which did not go over very well with anyone.

The latest polling now has Abbott up by 19 points, all but ensuring a victory for Abbott on election day…

O’Rourke rolled the dice, and he wound up rolling a seven on the first roll after his point was established and having everyone’s money swept off the line.

Sure, the liberal horde liked it, but the moderates and borderline conservatives clearly did not.

You will lose, Beto, and you will lose huge.

That probably does not even matter, though, as you have realized that as long as you are running for something, you can take a salary out of your campaign funds and live a pretty good life.

That is why you are now running for offices you cannot possibly win because I don’t think you really want to win… you just want to grab headlines and keep tapping into that campaign money.
