Over the last few days, there have been signs that Vladimir Putin has been very frustrated at the lack of progress by his military against Ukraine.

This has primarily been a ground battle to this point, but American officials believed that Putin would change tactics meeting so much resistance.

Those tactics have seemingly been changed to the point that Ukraine is now under severe attack by missiles.

Kill Them All

Reports started to surface over the weekend that Putin was going after government officials.

The term being used was “decapitating” the government, meaning removing all top government officials so that Putin could put a pro-Kremlin regime in place.

To that point, a government building was targeted with a missile attack.

The Kharkiv Region state administration building on the Freedom Square in eastern Ukraine was obliterated by a missile attack with civilians all around…

Reports are still sketchy on the injuries, but children were reportedly injured and possibly killed in the attack.

According to Fox News, “Ukraine has claimed that Russia launched GRAD and cruise missiles on Kharkiv.”

Putin has claimed that targeting civilian structures is not the objective, but we have seen numerous civilian targets hit, including a high-rise apartment building.

Putin is now walking a dangerous line approaching war crimes, with some pundits already accusing him of such.

At this point, his economy needs to be choked to force an ending to this outrageous attack against Ukraine.

Biden has to flex the United States’ muscle and cut off the energy flow out of Russia, as that is the biggest card he has to play.

He has been reluctant to do so because of our and Europe’s dependence on Russian energy, but that is exactly what Putin is counting on.

Cut the energy flow, and this war is over.
