Donald Trump got some great news on Thursday and it something that surely rocked the Biden campaign.

In one of the key cases in PA, the court has ordered that all ballots that were ID-verified AFTER November 9 are no longer valid.

Just two days before the election, PA Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar decided to extend the deadline by three days for those that were voting without proper ID.

This gave those that needed to provide proof of ID three additional days, something the court ruled she did NOT have the authority to do.

Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt, who is an elected judge, stated,  “[T]he Court concludes that Respondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Boards of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline … for certain electors to verify proof of identification.”

In a race where every ballot counts, this is a HUGE win for Trump.

We do expect the ruling to be challenged and the case to eventually wind up before the Supreme Court, but it is a great start for Trump and his campaign.
