A report broke this week that has conservatives up in arms.
West Point cadets are reportedly receiving Critical Race Theory instruction at the Point.
This impact on the military is horrifying when you look at the curriculum.
Not a Good Idea
Think about the repercussions of teaching minority military members to hate white people, because that is what CRT does.
It makes one group feel as though white people today are privileged and responsible for the horrors that happened in the past.
Now, of course, there were white slave owners, but they were far from the only ones.
There were plenty of black slave traders at the time, so this was a global issue, not just an issue here in the states.
Let’s also not forget that due to the founding of this country, slavery was ended as a whole 89 years after the country was founded, with the United States helping to lead the charge to abolish it around the globe.
According to the report, the lessons state, “In order to understand racial inequality and slavery, it is first necessary to address whiteness.”
It continues on that whiteness is “a location of structural advantage, of race privilege.”
Do they not expect pushback in the ranks when a white officer gives a minority a direct order after putting this nonsense out there?
