How many times has Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot blamed the violence in Chicago on Donald Trump?
One would think with the media declaring Joe Biden the president-elect, that violence would die down, right?
Wrong! As this weekend in Chicago was another summer-like eruption of violence.
The latest reports show at least 40 people having been shot, five of them fatally, including two individuals in their 20s.
If Biden’s win does hold, Lightfoot and other Democrats blaming this violence on Trump lose their excuse in about two months.
We know for a certainty, though, that even if Trump is gone, that violence will remain.
